- About the most unforgettable project
- The project that left the greatest impression on me was a development project for an overseas e-commerce site, a project in which I am still involved today. The project used a combination of multiple infrastructure environments and various AWS services. The challenge, however, was that those services and repositories were dispersed, not well documented, and generally unorganized. This led to spending a lot of time tracking down the causes of problems when they occurred. Troubleshooting was especially difficult due to the lack of information on interdependencies and configuration linkages between different services. However, we gained valuable knowledge about AWS through this project. In particular, it provided an opportunity to understand the challenges and best practices in combining different services and tools. It also made us keenly aware of the importance of infrastructure management and documentation.

- Beyond the technical aspects, I would like to take on the challenge of project management. I would like to acquire the ability to effectively manage the entire project, including budget control, schedule management, and resource optimization. Also, by understanding requirements through communication with stakeholders and proactively working to solve problems, I would like to contribute to the success of the project.
